Hayaku Shitai Futari

I was liking it at first because it really was hilarious seeing the two leads find ways to see each other given that the ML has a lot of responsibilities.
Unfortunately I reached my limit because it became apparent that you only really see the FL go through hoops and obstacles for him. Not only that there are moments that the ML berates his girlfriend for wanting a small ounce of affection for him while he DOES NOTHING FOR HER. I realized this relationship is ridiculously toxic and that is not what I expected from this shoujo manga.

I don’t understand why people keep saying they are cute. It’s a straight up toxic relation where the girl gives her 1000% to maintain the relationship and the guy gets away with barely any effort.

She even became a maid in his house with him but he not only let her do all that maid work but didn’t even see her properly.

initially thought ml was actually trying his best given his circumstances but the recent chs have just been infuriating me. yuuri is doing the best she can to pour out her love for keiichi and it all just goes to waste. she’s out here moving mountains for him for 10 chs straight, then we finally get a scene where keiichi just goes “i like you”, as if that compensates for all her efforts. i’m really hoping for a break up arc when yuuri just can’t take it anymore and keiichi sees just how much he takes her for granted all in guise of his tradition and “being a tsun”

I love it, it has the perfect cindarella story with silly comedy setups and never ever takes itself seriously. Everything is a setup for a joke and the characters feel lifelike and realistic for the insane situation they put themselves in. It reminds me of Nisekoi or OHSHC, just crazy scenario fun time shoujo.
