The selling point is very akin to Time Paradox Ghostwriter. But instead of that MC who has some integrity. This one has even less and is a simp like Kanojo, Okarishimasu NPCs (which can be funny at times if you don't mind seeing this type of MC). Instead of a microwave as in that series, the MC here cheats through his way by going to a waypoint, within which a vision will unfold himself. And instead of going through the arduous difficulty of brainstorming, he can now easily put the visualization to paper.
However, access to the magic chair is not so easy. He has to bullshit through his way to gain access. The further the story goes on, the crazier the way points objectives he has to capture become. From a normal chair in a public café to infiltrating a chair in a private company. The stakes are ridiculous yet the absurdity and novelty made it fun for me.
Lies, deception are used. Shenanigans ensues. Sometimes, convenient developments arise. (This is not a series with 9000IQ mind games in case you get misled.)
Pros
Cons
Pro/Con depending on your bias
It's mainly works to showcase how things work in the industry, a bit like a "documentary" with some light comedy with if you don't mind the "cheat" part so much. It's can be a light and fun read if you hold interest to the production/writing part of the entertainment industry. I would say that it is also close to Tenmaku Cinema a bit with the vibes, but more bureaucracy and insider views.
Romance-wise, it feels like light crushes and admiration, nothing too serious that overshadows the technicalities of the industry---like imagine Skip Beat centered towards a casting director and with no romance and not too much of a stake. Just a guy that goes along trying his best at getting his "chair".
