Zeke Draker, the first direct descendant of the Dragon Slayer family to fail awakening. Possessing the talent of a healer instead of a swordsman, he was cast out by his family. Struggling desperately to grow stronger, Zeke met a tragic end.
At the moment of his death, mysterious words appeared before his eyes:
"The soul of an Elder Dragon is engraved upon the will of the one who persists."
"An irreversible, promised power is being activated."
When he regained consciousness, he found himself back in the Dragon Slayer family that had abandoned him, 20 years in the past.

Pretty much the title. Just your average regression manhwa.
Protagonist was a mercenary because he was kicked out of the academy due to being unable to awaken Aura. He learned Ether from his master instead and got stronger(not peak powerhouse though) but died and reincarnated back to when he was a kid. He also acquired a RPG-like system giving him additional powers.
In all honesty, cliche plot and characters at least for now. Nothing really stands out but it doesn't mean its a bad read either. So far not much world building yet, since its only 20 chapters but it looks to be standard fantasy theme but centered around military academies, for now.I like how he deals with his bullies and enemies. He also helps out good people from his past life. Too early to talk about the side characters but they're the standard companion archetypes.
I guess one of the things i dislike is the cheat level RPG system & AI he gets as it provides him everything; abilities, solutions etc. I'm all for overpowered characters but there's a thin line between overpowered and cheating. The former earned it while the latter didn't and just get spoonfeed. I wished the RPG system wasn't used for this manhwa, its easy mode, insane cheats. His ether ability should be more than enough and make for a better & more natural plot device. Also he gets an unlimited spending credit card. So yea... Cheating AF.
Overall its average so a 5/10. I'll revisit the review later once more chapters are out, maybe it gets better. Who knows.
