    yes she died but by anime standard she is probably permadead, but since SAO is so full of new bullshit and chops up the good parts, covers it in ketchup, blends it, and puts it out as the new season by cannibalizing the good parts of the series. For example said character you thought from Black coffin you fought was dead was actually saved as a data program, complete bullshit. So yes she and dead and I hope SAO doesn't drag her corpse out of the ground and wear it like a festive hat that adds charisma and then shit in it. (last part was an cobbled SAO abridged reference)
