Everyone Else Is a Returnee (Novel)

I really liked this at the beginning, but it fell flat in the past year or so.
People say it's super politics mastermind manga, but it's not. It's convoluted at times sure, but it's also extremely shallow.
Characters are one dimensional for the most part, their level of competence depends on the needs of the plot. (Some characters get information or strategy by sheer force of will since they are "geniuses" with no logic behind it.) This results on other characters looking like incompetent retards (entirety of the palace in this situation, a whole kingdom prior to that).
Systems of governance make no sense especially the differences between bloodline magics and how they are treated.

I think it's cannon for World after the fall but not for Omniscient reader, so like a scenario was saved from Omniscient reader and is played here. We will see, though, he might appear in Omniscient reader.
