The villains aren't the idiots here. For me it's a boring plot without much content. The story could have been summed up in 15 chapters. The beginning and the last 6 chapters were interesting, everything else was just repetition. There was no character development at all. That seems to be the case with all of Jang Ryang's stories.
I honestly don't know if I would recommend it.
One big problem, that I've seen here at the beginning maybe till the middle - jumps in the plot, with many unclear time skips. Sometimes i got lost if we're in the past, in the thoughts or maybe just 10 minutes later. But I feel like the further we went the smoother it got.
Was the ending satisfactory? Not sure

Was the whole breakup thing a bit over the top? I could say that (it didnt need to be that deep)
It said "you'r panties" not "you'r underwear"
Which means it's either she likes him or miss translation or bad writing
