Why are chapter 250 and up are not from tappy anymore?

The thing is they constantly introduce some ''villians'' and new ''plot points''(if you can even call them that) literally out of nowhere that our hero can be praised while he deals with it. There is zero suspense, zero character development( how can there be character development when there is no character to speak of since side charcters are basically empty shells just to praise mc). They didn't even bothered with world building, so they can just throw random s**t together as they go along with the story . On the other hand this manga does this so unapologetically that I dont think it even considers itself seriously, so I don't thing it even deserves to be criticized for what it is.
