    not sure what you mean with unreliable, if by dates you mean the fact that its from 2015 and chapter 1 got uploaded 2021 theres an easy answer for you, its because it started waaaay earlier as a fans translation (see how chapter 24.5 is from 2019?) and for a looooooooong ass time the english scanlation of the series was dead around iirc chapter 56-58ish, and it was only picked up again with the release of the english physical manga, the reason why chapter 1 is now from 2021 is because they updated it with the official volume dialogue
