I should begin with the fact I only read this up to 10 chapters and it's a drag (30+ pages for each), and also dividing this into 3 parts, MC, character, and the overall plot and world building.

I should say the most important of all is this and they have failed miserably on making him interesting or at least enough to root for. My guy is only hating the brother because of sending him to war, and that's all backstory he had before he got the skill. No abuse from brother since child, no murdering the parents because of the brother plot, nothing at all. Just a guy who hates the brother and want to stop war by unifying everything by what? Causing more war. It makes no sense this long-term goal of his. And I bet you can slap "it's because the skill Nobunaga affecting hom" as an excuse for the bad writing. And his skills are unlocking just as they needed for plot.
