after reading everything up to the recent chapter. I realized, there are 3 possible romantic partners for MC.
The first and second are the most likely things to happen. but the third possibility is also possible, but less chance compared to the others.
First, the MC ended up with the realtor lady.
Second, the MC will remain alone or there will be a new woman (remember this is a slice of life without the romance genre, but I hope the author will add a sweet romance story for our MC)
Third, this possibility has a small chance, but this can still happen  (Forget the western 'glasses' problem for a moment, because this was made by Asians with a culture like 'this' firmly embedded in Asian culture). He will end up with his own Cousin.

At ch6 so far. The story isn't bad, but I hate that the whole thing is based on them basically refusing to communicate with the other person who absolutely deserves to know the secret of them swapping back and forth. It's straight up unfair to Kogahara to hide that she spends days with a person she didn't know or realize she would be sleeping under the same roof with them.

I'm at chapter 30 upon writing this comment, overall the manga has some funny moments. But as for uniqueness, not too much.
