Warawanai Ningyo

A collection of short stories. The title story revolves around Youzuke. One summer during his childhood, he stayed at his uncle's house. His uncle owned a pool, and at night, Youzuke would spot a mermaid swimming there, visiting his uncle. Many years have passed since then, and Youzuke's uncle has vanished. In an unexpected turn, his will bequeaths the house to a stranger named Ayumi Kenjou. Yet, when Youzuke meets Ayumi, it feels as if they had already met during that long-ago summer.
