Honestly he is the MC so that smirk looks good on him and man the future he is in is nothing but 5th standard for a graduate like him so smirk is acceptable and reasonable.

Why wouldn't one kill their natural enemy, before their a true threat? So why is everyone so shocked by that. XD

Tbh it seems that the author puts up a problem like the demon lord eye or whatever and then immediately begins to ramble about it for so few panels and then the Mc just clears it. Sure there was lots of hurt from it(the cursed body of the king for example), but since it was given only a few panels of screen time, we felt no connection. For anybody wondering what a good story looks like, it's basically this but more depth, cause I feel like if they didn't just throw a topic like that in with the mix, they could improve upon it more, I mean like why the hell were there so many twists in just 1 chapter for such a situation as this.

Yeah I loved it. Ending was a bit abrupt but well enough
