like, why can't they focus on finishing a story arc first before moving on to the next?

This chapter really hit different. I feel like the slow pacing and character moments are intentional, and it adds a lot if you’re paying attention. There’s some real depth here that I think some people miss if they’re just looking for constant drama. It’s not rushing to please everyone, but actually taking its time to build something with meaning. I guess some readers just prefer stuff that’s more obvious and dumb down, but this one really rewards you if you’re patient and stick with it.

I find the original series to be much better. The art was a better match for the light-hearted atmosphere of the story and the artist also did a better job illustrating the dishes and capturing the charm of the characters. This one does have a few unique stories though.
