This is "okay" at best, I mean it's different but that doesn't really mean it's interesting. DenizenStar made a good point about how since his abilities are "random" they're just plot tools until the writer forgets about them. They'd have been better off focusing on his eye abilities and that kinda power. As is right now hes just a fucking dark souls meme character. The plot actually gets boring enough to scroll through chapters and look for interesting bits after a while since the solution is always "HIT WITH STICK". The two characters he gave powers too RARELY fight so they're sort of an after thought, they keep introducing new girls that all feel like the flavor of the week kinda characters, it's almost like the writer doesn't actually know what he wants the guys main power to be other than HAHA FUNNY LOG.

Maybe you didn't get the memo since it wasn't stated outright but this ain't a complete easy peasy steamroll-everything OP MC. He's a normal guy with an OP item. They're normal people. Its a normal reaction. Just wait for her character arc to end. She's changing slowly. Its a slow story.

No FlameFierce, the world did got flooded. They goes back in time to change the future and still can't do nothing until few characters from the regular series came to attest that there is still hope for humanity through their act of kindness. It was pretty touching because it came from childish innocence, something we all can relate to. They don't need wish fulfillment harem for it.
