I'd already figured that ages ago, Mahiro's quality of life is far better as a girl, 'they' have friends and a social life and two potential girlfriends (both Momiji and Miyo are clearly into girls, Asahi also seems to swing that way too imo).

This is great. Currently it is up to chapter 198, and my suggestion is to wait for another volume to come out (give it till chapter 240-250ish). It'll be a pretty long wait but it's worth the wait. Though, there isn't anything stopping you from enjoying it now :).
