This is a brief manga adaptation of the Onegai Twins! anime. When I say brief, I mean it: 12 episodes are condensed into roughly 10 moderately lengthy chapters. Is it worth reading?
If you haven't seen the anime, I wouldn't bother. By condensing the story, much of the character development found in the anime is lost—and honestly, that was the best part of the anime. The core of the anime revolves around watching these three individuals wrestle with their burgeoning romantic feelings while simultaneously avoiding the possibility of an incestuous relationship. That same fundamental dynamic exists here, but due to the limited page count, it isn't explored as thoroughly. However, they retained the running gags and bath scenes, turning it into a one-volume ecchi harem comedy.
If you have seen (and enjoyed) the anime, I would give this adaptation a very cautious thumbs up. The basic plot outline and character backgrounds remain the same. But the ending is executed quite differently here. Personally, I prefer the anime's ending, but this one isn't bad either, and alternate endings do possess a certain inherent appeal, even when they're mediocre.
Overall, there's nothing particularly wrong with this manga; there's just not much especially great about it either. The art is serviceable, the story is serviceable, the characters are good... I'm just not sure why you'd want to read this instead of watching the much better anime.
from my point of view shizuku going out with tak seem like a forced relationship, probably something to do with money since tak family are rich, in exchange shizuku will marry to tak in the end, tak allowed shizuku to have short relationship with mc
