So we now know several of the Divine Gods are against Lee because they're afraid of his potential as some apocalypse god, but what are the ones that aren't against Lee Geon thinking? Do they think he'll become the god of life if they ally with him? Do they just not care about Geon and genuinely want to protect humanity or their saints? Are they just against the other gods because they weren't let into the allyship against Lee Geon so they're the outgroup? Some other goal?

Usually otome game mangas and fiction of that genre completely disregard actual politics of a monarchy in favour of romance, but this manga actually takes a 180°, and completely makes the romance aspect into pure politics to make the MC suffer, and the author made the heroines love the MC just to make him suffer even more. I love this for how much of a fucking mess it makes for the MC to have to deal with.
