The premise of the story is full of holes. After hannah successfully fled the mansion (were there no guards?), the people who0 picked up the MC said if they returned her, they would be considered the criminals. Firstly, thats very doubtful. Secondly, MC never told them to bring her back, even though she could talk. It's like the author forgot that she's not a baby.
Then, the Marquis didnt contact the guards because if they found her she would just be sold off. What? Just offer a high price. Ever heard of a 'ransom'? What a contrived situation to progress the entire story.
