Can we agree that this manga has extremely underrated art, some panels are just gorgeous in my opinion

The Japanese aren't nearly as sensitive regarding sex in media, trusting the reader to realize that it's fiction and has no bearing on reality. It's debatable how well this has worked considering Japan's birthrates are plummeting, but that's just how Japanese culture works. It also helps that this manga isn't wildly popular, if it were in the spotlight it would get a lot more attention, like those sibling incest romance series did around the time Japan tightened the rules on depicting incest in media.
