I just realized we’ve might’ve seen Bam’s mom
Slap me in the face with a 20 inch glizzy covered in horseradish and call me Derrick if I’m wrong,
but in S3,Ch172 we get the story of Icarus from Traumerei reading the book, where she narrates climbing the tower with her friends. One of the illustration shows a girl with a bow in her hair like Yuri, who I’m guessing is the og Ha family head, and a guy in what looks like Jahad’s armor. If the friends that Icarus is referring to are the Family heads, then it's nit too farfetched that Icarus is Arlene.
If that’s the case, remember we’ve seen a a similar character design - long blonde hair, red coat, when Rachel created her Big Breeder avatar on the hidden floor, who she called Icarus. And from the recentish chapters we see how obsessed Rachel is with Arlene. So my theory is that Rachel’s avatar is actually what Arlene looked like.
