    well most manga's do tend to use it in a good way.. i.e. debt slave etc which is removed after debt is cleared or prisoners sentence is completed.

    Can it easily be abused and exploited? well yeah it can

    he literally said it's ok for you to have preconception as long as it's not too much of a bother, give others' cultures a try before judging them and not to be so hardheaded it brought harm to yourself and people around you
    the extreme examples used aside (since this is a world with monsters), this seems like a good life advice

    at its core, it's basically just "be tolerant with other people"
