From the creator of Doll and Beautiful People comes a sharp black comedy that reveals nothing is more terrifying than family. Haunted House chronicles the misadventures of Sabato, a young teenager struggling to find his identity, made even more challenging by his eccentric family, who resemble a blend of the Addams Family with a touch of Tim Burton. Every girl he brings home is scared away by his family, who seem to thrive on his distress. However, could there be deeper reasons behind their torment? Be assured, Mihara-sensei keeps you guessing and laughing throughout.
Haunted House was published in English by Tokyopop on October 10, 2006, and in Polish by Hanami in March 2012.

Haunted House revolves around Sabato Obiga, a regular high school student with an extraordinary family. Sabato's relatives have an intense fascination with death... In essence, they're Gothic. Very much so. Given that this is a gag or comedy manga, don't anticipate any profound narratives. The artwork in Haunted House is excellent. Each character is distinct, and the protagonist's development is nearly flawless. There is only one volume of Haunted House, leaving you yearning for more. Overall, Haunted House is a highly enjoyable manga, strongly recommended for fans of the gag comedy genre.
