This is a collection of one-shot stories about working individuals, seen through the eyes of Matsukata Hiroko. Hiroko is a 28-year-old single woman and an editor at Weekly Magazine, JIDAI. She frequently clashes with Tanaka Kunio, a novice editor. Her job already causes her significant stress, and he doesn't apologize for his mistakes! People often call Hiroko a masculine woman due to her serious approach to work. She smokes excessively, works tirelessly, and has no time for romance. However, when it's crunch time to finish a story, she transforms into "Working Man" mode. In this state, her drive intensifies, her productivity triples, and all other concerns fade away. Kawaki's stock is rising. Intelligence up. Motive up. Character interactions up. The ending was great. He's confronting Momo akin to Sasuke with Kurama at the begining of part two.
