    Huh, I mean - Lloyd is pretty much a Dio if you think about it, with his power from shady source and time stopping stand "BUTT OF THE WINTER". Also a road roller would fit with his builder theme. And some would say that his face rejected human-like looks long ago, heh. But damn, those 80's super robo anime protagonist cops were unexpectedly good at chasing them.
