I hope you're right! Ch 280 page 54 a guy gets his right arm hacked off by the Administrator right when he first jumps in the battle and ginsu blenders everyone. From behind you see the same hair, same color clothing, same headband as the kid in a few panels prior. Only minor differences I see are the arm vambraces don't match exactly and the sash/belt seems to be two colors instead of one. The weird part to me is that guy gets his arm chopped and then the guy he's fighting gets beheaded. If they're the same side that needed to be killed then why were they fighting each other? I'm wondering if this isn't some kind of plot device thrown in to make a confrontation between Gajang and the Administrator down the line. Hope I'm wrong though cuz don't want anything to happen to those kids.
