If there were a drinking game for how many times Yu says family... we'd all be fucking dead with alcohol poisoning. I swear, his entire concept of family is so jacked up. Like... just cause you're 'family' doesn't mean you have to put up with their shit and forgive them when they kill your entire other found family and end up destroying the world for some experiment that brought people back to life. Also, Yu forgiving Guren for the whole Hyakuya orphans being killed is such bullshit and so disrespectful toward Mika. Mika HATES that he became a vampire, he blames himself for the orphans dying, he has so much trauma as seen from his heart and how it was him that was killing the kids. And to forgive the man who set all of that in motion... just. I couldn't do it if I were Yu and if I were Mika, I would feel so betrayed by Yu.

I don't know if I articulated any of that the way I meant it. Just really frustrated with how Yu has been progressing these past chapters.
