    This kind of feels like another base isekai template.

    - Get animal
    - Girl of some cliche/odd nature
    - Convenient events and powers
    - Easy way for the MC to not have money concerns

    I thought it was going to be a neat story then the first chapter sped up and skipped to mainland in three seconds.
