Bit-beast: Wolborg
Tala initially emerges as a Russian beyblader deeply obsessed with power. Under Boris and his scientists' experiments, Tala's battle capabilities were enhanced through brain modifications, which eventually led to erratic brainwaves (manifesting as slight insanity during his match against Tyson). He was part of an experiment to synchronize with his mutated bit beast. Despite popular belief, he wasn't turned into a cyborg; the dubbed version merely referred to it as "cybertisation." His loss to Tyson thwarted Voltaire's plan for world domination and his own dream of becoming a world champion.
In Beyblade G-Revolution (Season 3), Tala remains part of the Demolition Boys alongside Spencer, Bryan, and Kai. Unlike Kai, who finds more success, Tala is defeated by Rick and Daichi but still proves formidable. As team captain, he disapproves of Kai's independence, evident when Kai develops a new attack for Dranzer.
Tala has a short temper. Although trained to suppress emotions, he occasionally displays them. Biovolt attempted to make him emotionless by transforming him into a cyborg, yet their efforts failed, shown when he shakes hands with Tyson post-finals. Tala possesses natural leadership qualities and a fiery personality. In the manga, he will stop at nothing to win and shows less loyalty to Boris. However, in the anime, he aims to impress Boris with his skills and becomes envious when Kai joins the team.
The manga provides detailed insight into Tala's childhood. His father, once a soldier, became an abusive drunk after losing his status due to changing circumstances in Russia. His mother left, leaving Tala with his violent father. To survive, Tala resorted to stealing food and alcohol, leading him to meet Bryan.
His beyblades include Wolborg with Blizzalog attack, Wolborg 2 with Botalog attack, Wolborg 3 with Icy Blizzard attack, Wolborg 4 G with Novae Rog attack, and Wolborg Metal Snow (HMS) with Snow Meteor attack.
