Uni is the daughter of Aria and the granddaughter of Luce. She is a young girl who serves as the second-in-command of the Millefiore Family and was formerly the leader of the Giglio Nero Famiglia due to her mother's untimely death, which she initially knew nothing about concerning her mother's role as a Mafia boss. Uni inherited the Orange Arcobaleno Pacifier from her mother, an heirloom passed down through generations. Upon Aria's passing, Uni learned about the Mafia and her responsibility to lead the Giglio Nero Family. Initially, she was kindhearted and caring towards others and became acquainted with Reborn, whom she considers her grandfather. The Giglio Nero Family was losing strength and power. To maintain its influence, Uni met with Byakuran, who proposed merging the families into the Millefiore Family. After this meeting, Uni emerged with a drastically different attitude and personality, believed to be due to a powerful drug that dulled her heart (according to Shoichi). She announced the merger and subsequently became bitter and cold-hearted. Now, she heads the Black Spell and leads the 1st Calendula Squad. After the first round of Choice, Uni intervened to remind Byakuran of the promise he made with Shoichi, insisting he honor it. When Byakuran ignored her, she decided to leave the Millefiore family and sought Tsuna's protection. It has been speculated that Uni can either read someone's mind or sense their feelings. Additionally, she seemed to know what would happen to herself before meeting with Byakuran. In chapter 254 of the manga, she reveals that like Byakuran, she also possesses the ability to share her mind with alternate versions of herself.
