Dr. Tofu harbors deep feelings for Kasumi Tendo. Whenever she is around, his glasses fog up, and he becomes noticeably nervous, often leading to accidental injuries to his patients. He is well-liked within the community and has many elderly clients. For some time, he employed both Genma Saotome and Shampoo as assistants.
