Todo is a wrestler with aspirations of becoming a blacklist hunter. He is the 255th participant in the 287th Hunter Exam. According to Tonpa, before the start of the first stage of the Hunter Exam, Todo is much smarter than he appears. He demonstrates good judgment by not jumping down the ravine at Split Mountain. Todo seems to be irritable and strongly dislikes injustice. He is very opinionated and judgmental, protesting against Menchi's initial disqualification of all candidates, arguing that culinary skills are not essential for becoming a hunter and that gourmet hunters are inferior to other types of hunters. He also appears to have a vengeful streak, swearing that he will not forget the humiliation he suffered at the hands of the two gourmet hunter examiners.
