A housemaid in the Mölders family, she is a companion to Dorothea and shares a similar taste in hats with Emma. The madam's companion appears 16 minutes into episode 12 when she calls out to the madam. She finds amusement upon learning that the madam had mistaken Emma for her, likely due to their matching hats.
Later, it turns out Emma is seated next to her in second class. Initially, Emma wanted a third-class ticket, but they were sold out, forcing her to purchase a second-class one instead.
She emerges as a clumsy maid who took the place of Dorothea's regular companion, Nanette, on the journey to England. She later rooms with Emma and defends her when accusations of theft arise.
