Taichou is a cunning opportunist masquerading as a zealous follower of Tetsuo. Serving as his aide-de-camp in the latter part of the narrative, Taichou harbors a hidden ambition to seize control of the Great Tokyo Empire.
Amidst the intense confrontation between Tetsuo and the U.S. Marines, Taichou finds himself ensnared in the crossfire. Ultimately, he meets his demise due to the bacterial gas deployed by Yamada.
