Head of the combat forces of the Calcassa Family, he sports a full leather outfit and a motorcycle helmet, a style mimicked by all his subordinates.
However, Skull is not as formidable an infant as Reborn and Colonello. He was easily defeated by Reborn before his first appearance in the manga. The other two often look down on him, even referring to him as stupid. Despite calling Reborn and Colonello his senpais, Skull is frequently irritated by Reborn's remarks about him and his pet octopus, with Reborn always suggesting he should eat it.
Reborn sees Skull as someone who is always running errands for others. To his dismay, Skull doesn't deny that he was indeed Reborn's errand boy.
