Seishirou is a kind-hearted veterinarian who often joins Hokuto in teasing Subaru about marriage, always laughing it off as Subaru blushes furiously.
However, Seishirou is actually the Sakurazukamori, a powerful assassin onmyouji known as the "Sakura Assassin." His signature includes cherry blossoms and an inverted pentagram. He made a bet with Subaru long ago, which plays a crucial role in the climax of the series.

In X, Seishirou is one of the Dragons of Earth. Here, he reveals his true self as a cold-hearted assassin responsible for killing Subaru's twin sister, Hokuto. In their final battle at Rainbow Bridge, Seishirou arranges for Subaru to kill him, realizing the true outcome of their bet.
