Saiga is frequently spotted at the Green drugstore, usually napping, smoking, or doing both. He is always seen wearing a pair of dark sunglasses, which he never seems to remove. Although it is unclear if he possesses any supernatural abilities like the other characters, it has been noted that he excels at finding things and is currently assisting Rikuo in locating Tsukiko. Saiga is Kakei's lover and is adept in domestic tasks such as sewing and cooking.

In the latest chapter of Drug & Drop, Kazahaya informs Kohaku that Kakei and Saiga bear a striking resemblance to Hisui and Kokuyo, strongly suggesting that they may be their reincarnations.
