Rose is a cat +Anima, possessing long, cat-like nails and paw-like hands. She also gains the agility and speed typical of felines. She is 16 years old and considers herself an "adult." Rose works as a peddler, usually traveling alone, selling jewelry she designs and crafts herself. She met the group while traveling with an older woman named Margot, and together they crossed the mountains.
Rose is very independent, kind, and stubborn. She often disapproves of people's actions, such as when Cooro asked for more pay at the hotel to help the group financially. She gets angry at anything she perceives as unfair. Rose has a younger brother named Pinion, whom she adores. Senri reminds her of Pinion, which is why she likes him so much. Pinion was taken by the government due to his ability to draw anything he sees once, useful for creating maps. Despite her efforts to rescue him, she initially failed. However, later in the manga, Pinion is returned to her, and she leaves the four main characters to continue peddling with her brother.
