Husky is a fish +Anima whose legs transform into a fish-tail when he enters water. He also grows gills, enabling him to breathe underwater and remain submerged indefinitely. Despite being male, Husky has an effeminate appearance, often mistaken for a girl by other characters. He is the most intelligent and rational member of his group.
Husky wields a long staff as his weapon, which he took from Beehive Manor. As a child, he was caught in a fisherman’s net and sold to a circus, though he claims he worked there willingly. The ringmaster blackmails him by withholding a pair of sapphire earrings that Husky treasures because they were given to him by his parents.
Husky initially finds Cooro irritating but travels with him due to a deal they made. Over time, they become good friends, though Husky frequently hits Cooro with his "Cooro-punishing" staff whenever Cooro does something foolish. When Nana joins their group, Husky temporarily leaves but returns at her urging. Initially, he insults her, calling her dumb, ugly, and silly, but later, his comments become more evasive and even veiled compliments. By the fourth manga, it seems Husky might have developed a crush on her.
Husky is from Sailand and received his +Anima when he nearly drowned as a child. Due to frequent teasing about looking like a girl, he harbors a dislike for girls. His taste in food is quite selective; he only enjoys exceptionally good meals and prefers fish over meat, avoiding oily and sweet foods.
