montague romeo candorebanto

Romeo Candore Van de Montague is the son of Lord Laertes Montague and Lady Portia, and he stands as the heir to the throne of Neo Verona. Due to political machinations, he has been compelled into an unwanted engagement with Hermione, a young noblewoman. As a nobleman, Romeo rides and owns a ryūba named Cielo, whom he eventually sets free. Unlike his father, Romeo is characterized by his obedience and kind-hearted nature, frequently expressing disapproval of his family's tyrannical rule. He finds himself ostracized by the nobility, except for his friend Benvolio. Like Juliet, Romeo struggles between his duties to his father and his love for Juliet. Despite meeting her in different guises at various times, he falls in love with Juliet after just two encounters: once at the Montague Rose Ball and another in a field of irises. Confused by her attempts to distance herself from him, he revisits the graves where he first met Juliet as Odin and consults his mother, Portia. From her, he learns that Juliet is the last daughter of the Capulets. Undeterred by her lineage, he remains devoted to her. With his mother’s help, they attempt to live peacefully for a brief time and, akin to the play, secretly recite marriage vows, fulfilling Juliet's dream of becoming a beautiful bride. They are captured while protecting a small town raided by the Carabinieri. Before she escapes, he promises to work towards a world where everyone, both noblemen and common folk, can live together in peace. Banished to the Grandia mines for aiding Juliet's reunion with her allies, Romeo experiences firsthand the hardships of poverty and the animosity towards the Montague name. Volunteering to serve as a miner, he gains insight into the lives of the less fortunate. When the mines suffer a serious cave-in, he orders the miners to abandon the site and return to Neo Verona. Denied permission to return, he leads the miners to the ruins of a deserted town, promising they could bring their families to live there when the time was right. By the series' end, he has earned their respect and established a prosperous village almost from nothing. Hearing of the chaos in Neo Verona, Romeo returns to try to reason with his father. Rejected by both his father and Mercutio, he decides to take up arms. Rushing into the throne room after Tybalt, he confronts Montague, no longer calling him "Father" but addressing him as "Duke". After his father's death, Romeo renounces the title of Duke and proclaims Juliet as the new Duchess, planning to return to the village and honor their promise together. While paying respects to his father, he is confronted by Tybalt, who reveals their brotherhood and Juliet's fate to Escalus. Racing to Juliet's side, he stops her, but Ophelia kidnaps Juliet to force a sacrifice. With the help of Francisco, Curio, and Tybalt, Romeo ends Ophelia's ritual and revives Juliet, though he is fatally stabbed by Ophelia. He and Juliet share one last moment before Romeo dies in her arms. In the credits, their spirits are seen together.
