Rena first appeared in the Divine Design arc as one of Lucifer's chosen children. Known as Ramiel, her ability was to trap human souls inside dolls. She was defeated by Himiko and later became Natsumi’s colleague at the Honky Tonk. Suffering from depression due to the loss of her father and sexual abuse by her teacher, Rena found renewed hope under Paul’s guidance and aimed to be a helpful assistant at the cafe. Despite her subpar coffee-making skills and other shortcomings, she persevered. After Paul left for Infinity Fortress, both Rena and Natsumi demonstrated their capability to manage the cafe's sudden increase in business.
Similar to Natsumi, all references to Rena were removed from the drama CDs except for her role in the Divine Design arc, where she was referred to as "Ramiel."
