Officially debuted at the end of Target 221.
Rasiel is Belphegor's older twin brother and wields the Storm Mare Ring. He and Bel frequently fought as children, but Rasiel always emerged victorious. In an attempt to defeat him, Bel laced Rasiel's food with laxatives to incapacitate him. Initially believed to have been killed by Bel, Rasiel later reveals himself as the mastermind behind the Millefiore defense in Italy. He can release a bat from his special box that emits invisible storm flames to harm his enemies. His personality mirrors Bel's, except he claims to be a king instead of a prince.
