Oregano is a member of CEDEF, reporting directly to Iemitsu Sawada. In her first appearance, she updates Iemitsu on the situation between CEDEF and Varia. The Varia had discovered CEDEF's base, but "all six members" managed to escape and were en route to Vongola HQ. This suggests that CEDEF has around eight or nine members in total, considering Basil was in Japan and Iemitsu wasn't at the base during the attack. Later, Oregano fought alongside Turmeric and Lal Mirch when they invaded Vongola HQ to enable Iemitsu to speak with and potentially rescue the Vongola Boss. During this invasion, she and Turmeric uncovered censored Mosca plans and learned that one set of plans had been sent to the Varia. After reuniting with Iemitsu, the fake Vongola IX provided them with enough information to deduce that the real Vongola IX was inside the Gola Mosca dispatched to the Varia. However, they were too late to prevent the Cloud Guardian battle.
