Section 2 Division 2 Team 1: Noa, a lively and energetic red-haired labor enthusiast from Hokkaido, is the central character of the series. She has a deep affection for her labor unit, which she named "Alphonse," after her former pet dog and cat. Noa tends to act on impulse without thoroughly considering the consequences, though not as recklessly as Ohta. Among the pilots in Division 2, Noa is considered one of the best, although both Clancy and Kumagami have demonstrated exceptional talent but seldom pilot labors. Her natural aptitude for operating labors allows her to maximize their performance, much to her partner's astonishment. Additionally, Noa can hold her liquor better than her colleagues and recovers from hangovers more quickly, thanks to her family's background in running a liquor store.
