Neon cannot foresee her own future, but she can produce a prophecy with minimal information from her clients. The process is automatic, and the prophecy must be requested by the person seeking it. Thanks to Neon's ability, her father advanced significantly within the Mafia ranks, leading him to prioritize her powers over her well-being. This also resulted in her being heavily guarded.
