Mrs. Tendo is the mother of Kasumi, Nabiki, and Akane, and the wife of Soun. She passed away many years ago, leaving Soun to raise their children alone. The cause of her death was never revealed, but the family remembers her with love. After Mrs. Tendo's passing, Kasumi took on a more maternal role and assisted with the household responsibilities.
