Miss Mizuho Kazami is no ordinary high school teacher. She serves as a resident observer for the Galaxy Federation. Shortly after landing on Earth, Kei Kusanagi witnesses her materialization. The following morning by the lake, he learns she is both his homeroom teacher and neighbor. One night, while alone in the supply room at school, they are caught by Kei's uncle, aunt, and the principal. Subsequently, Kei's uncle declares that the two have secretly married. It then comes to light that Kei is actually 18 years old, not 15.
Mizuho exhibits various personalities. Despite being 23 and having a human father, she knows very little about Earth beyond an appreciation for Japan's finest candies. She has two living relatives: her mother and sister. Her sister, Maho, threatens Kei every time she encounters him and has made multiple attempts on his life. Meanwhile, Mizuho's mother, Hatsuho, tries to teach Mizuho numerous sexual techniques.
