A "doll" resembling Cain's cousin Suzette, Mikaila possesses the ability to summon and command poisonous spiders modeled after Painted Red Leg Tarantulas. She is convinced that her destiny lies in bearing Cain's child, leading her to become deeply infatuated with him.
As the series progresses, Mikaila undergoes a perilous procedure to age herself several years, aiming to look more like Suzette, believing this transformation will earn Cain's love.
