Cassian is a lower-ranking member of the Delilah organization. As a child, he was given to a circus by his parents. Within the organization, Cassian serves under Jizabel. Initially, he does not like the man, but over time, he develops a deep affection for him.
His preferred weapons are throwing knives.
Despite having the body of a child, Cassian is actually thirty-five years old. He joined Delilah with the hope of obtaining an adult body. When Head Priest Cassandra attempts to kill Jizabel, Cassian steps in and is severely injured. In gratitude, Jizabel grants him his wish by giving him the body of the man who tried to kill him, allowing Cassian to escape from Delilah's clutches. Before leaving, Cassian vows to return and save Jizabel from Alexis.
In the final volume, Cassian leads Cain to the Tower just in time to witness Jizabel fall from the balcony. The last we see of Cassian, he is burying Jizabel in a forest area, remarking that the doctor will never be lonely in such a place.
