A retired assassin with a hilariously poor sense of direction, he stands out among the cast for his advanced age but retains a muscular physique adorned with scruffy facial hair and numerous scars. His years as a gangster have honed his ability to stay calm under pressure. He shares a longstanding friendship with Kiri, the local restaurant owner who was once a prostitute. Whether they ever had a sexual relationship remains unclear, but their bond is undeniably strong.
Ten years before the story begins, he worked as a hitman for a mobster and became a mentor to the boss's son, Ian, a psychologically troubled young man. During this period, Mihai was in a romantic relationship with a prostitute named Milena, which tragically ended when Ian, in his teens, brutally murdered her after intercourse. As the story of Dogs unfolds, Mihai has already faced off against Ian and failed to protect him during an assassination attempt.
Since then, he has helped Badō evade gangsters and, more recently, has been safeguarding passengers from a derailed train against an advancing army of unknown assassins while trapped in an underground tunnel. His journey is marked by loyalty, regret, and a relentless drive to protect those around him, despite the odds stacked against him.
