Lotton "The Wizard" is an enigmatic figure and one of the bounty hunters hired to capture "Greenback" Jane. He sports gray hair, a black trench coat, and tinted glasses, while speaking in a soft tone. His weapon of preference is a Mauser C96, or possibly more than one, equipped with an extended magazine, though it remains unclear if these are genuine Mausers or foreign variants. Lotton abstains from alcohol, claiming it makes him sick.
Attempting a dramatic entrance, he gets shot by Revy. It's suggested that Lotton isn't a formidable fighter but rather someone who puts on a show. However, his survival after falling from a warehouse roof post-injury due to wearing a Kevlar vest leaves his true capabilities uncertain.
Among the few bounty hunters to survive the hunt for Jane, Lotton assists the severely injured Shenhua and Sawyer after the sea battle. This act of mercy prompts Shenhua to remark that he isn't cut out for killing and would be better suited as a host in a bordello, though Lotton humbly disagrees, stating he's too clumsy for such a role.
